My first day back in fast food since '05 went very well. Already working the register on my own. Not that I wish to be a braggart, but I think the job will fit nicely while I'm finishing up my BA (and working to pay for it too).
In the meantime I did some serious word-choice revision to Secret Title 1 and I also typed up Chitchat & Tea. My next task is to make a master list of titles that are ready to be sent out. Some of them already are, but I have another spreadsheet to keep track of my submissions. I just need to make sure I am sending out every piece I can, especially now that I'll be making money so I can afford all the costs of mailing my stories out.
Later this week I'll start my work with the South Dakota Review, just not sure when yet.

To be honest. I have thought about it and that's with a M.F.A.
@bdwofford - Thanks. I'm lucking out with the SDR b/c two of my other friends who have graduated both had to take fast food also: subway and mcDonald's respectively. And then only because they had previous experience did they out-compete for their positions. Times are tough out in yea old Midwest.
I hope the job is still creative and going well for you.
